What is mindfulness?

Being “present” and having no judgments are the basic ideas. It is a skill involving focus on your breath, body sensation, and sounds in a unique way.

How do you practice?

By utilizing a variation of meditation methods such as: breathing meditation, movement meditation, eating meditation, walking meditation, body scan, etc.

What does it do?

  • Prevention of depression
  • Better attention, focus and productivity
  • Train your positivity: kindness, thankfulness, stress management, etc.
  • Lessen self-consciousness, self-preoccupied thoughts
  • Lessen “monkey mind” and overthinking
  • Help the quality of sleep
  • Recover the brain fatigue
  • Improve brain function and brain mass
  • Self-discovery
